Job Description: * Handful experience in US IT Recruitment * Client Handling * Client /Team / Hiring Manager Relationships * Should have handled a team of recruiters * Possess excellent negotiation skills * Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills. * Have a full time Bachelor's Degree. * Have a valid Indian passport. * Willing to work in Night Shift * Have thorough understanding of Visa Terms - Corp to Corp, W2, 1099. * Have thorough knowledge on Tax benefits * Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.) * Good understanding of technologies (Semiconductor, Embedded, Automotive, etc).
