Job Title: Identity and Access Management
Location: Vrettos, Georgia
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities:
Provide Operational support for IAM operations in a 24 x 7 x 365
environment, with on-call rotation.
Provide expert level support for Identity Access Management (IAM) tools,
such as LDAP, Siteminder, Ping federate and open source versions of these
technologies
Hands on experience in different web and application servers (Apache,
Tomcat, JBoss, Jetty)
Recommend IAM design changes/enhancements for improved systems security,
availability, and automation.
Maintains comprehensive documentation regarding IAM configurations,
operating procedures, and service records relating to IAM hardware and
software.
Provide Operational support for 2 factor authentication/authorization
technologies
Working knowledge in using different Identity Synchronization / Bridging
systems between legacy IAM systems and Cloud (SCIM Provisioning)
Provide support for IAM incidents including internal violations, attacks,
malware and system outages.
Support information security policies, standards, and processes based on
the business goals of Neustar.
Support the various audits, Sox, SSAE16, ISO, PCI, FedRamp
Prepare trade-off studies and evaluations for vendor solutions.
Support the security design and implementation of new projects and systems.
Work with business teams to ensure that new projects have the appropriate
access measures planned and in place.
Research new technologies and IAM methodologies.
Hardening Windows, Linux, and Solaris systems, with a focus on security
related topics such as system hardening, configuring/installing access
controls, monitoring, and host-based intrusion detection and forensics
techniques.
Knowledge of IAM related best practices and policies (e.g. SANs, ISACA,
ISC2).
Expert level Experience with the following products/concepts:
LDAP ( SunOne / ODSEE11 and OpenLDAP )
SSO (Ping Federate and Open SSO) SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, WS-Federation
CA Siteminder
Virtualization technologies (SDN, VMWare, OpenStack, AWS, Zen, etc.)
Automation Tools (Chef / Puppet)
2 factor authentication technologies ( RSA SecurID, Symantec VIP )
Linux Hardening/Use/Administration
Wireshark/libpcap
Scripting/programming in shell and interpreted environments (bash, grep,
awk, sed, Python, PHP, Perl, Ruby, Java, JSON, /C++, x86 Assembly).
OpenSSL
Crypto Concepts (Symmetric, Asymmetric, PKI)
Windows Administration/Usage
Education/Qualification:
7+ years’ experience in Identity and Access Management
College degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Strong self-starter who has the ability to operate independently.
Demonstration of a highly committed work ethic and a passion for the
digital space.
Excellent oral/written presentation skills with ability to communicate
effectively with leadership; proficiency in preparation of presentations,
analytical reports, and documents regarding program operational status,
achievement and performance.
Must have strong business acumen with ability to work with application
development and IT teams. CISSP, CISM, CISA, GAIC, OSCP, Vendor
certifications and/or others a plus
