Job Title: Peoplesoft Techno-Functional Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 4 Months
We are seeking a functional and technical resources with hands-on HR
expertise, along with experience assisting customers with PeopleSoft HCM
conversions from ADP. Will consider experience with conversions from other
non-PeopleSoft HR systems.
Must have demonstrated knowledge/experience with the following PeopleSoft
HCM modules:
Payroll Services
Time and Attendance
Talent Management
Benefits Administration
Must also be able to perform business process gap analysis work,
identifying and documenting the gap associated with "as is" business
processes and "to-be" business processes and assist with the migration to
the new workflows associated with the new system.
Must also be able to create and deliver training materials and perform
hands-on training assistance with new system workflows.
