Job Description
• SAP Supply Chain Business Super User skillset
• Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices
• Proficiency in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory planning
• Discrete manufacturing experience (MTS/MTO)
• Knowledgeable of S (Sales & Operations Planning)
• Knowledgeable of MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
• Experience with data cleansing, harmonization and validation
• Experience working in a discrete manufacturing industry
• 5+ years SAP (ECC 6.0 or S4HANA) specifically within PP module
• Creation/Documenting of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Creating/Documenting Business Process Flows
• Creating/Documenting Testing Scripts
• Creating/Documenting End User Training Materials
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Good written and verbal communication skills

REQUIREMENTS:
• Business Analyst type of individual
• Advanced Supply Chain Skills and Knowledge
• Proficiency in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory planning
• Knowledgeable of S
o S: Sales & Operations Planning
• Experience and skills in gathering requirements and writing functional
specifications

Essentially 3 types of work within different categories:
(Candidate must be able to do 2 of 3 to be considered)
1.) Feeding SharePoint site (more administrative)
2.) SAP cleansing of data, data sourcing (Above admin but still mining data)
3.) Writing functional specs, process writing (above 1 or 2)

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
• Discreet Manufacturing
• SAP Technical – understanding the MRP master data
o MRP: Master Requirement Planning
• APICS Certification**
• Value stream mapping and process flows
• KPI
• IBS (Integrated Business Planning)
• Lean Six Sigma
