Top Three Skills: 1.) 5-7 years of ETL Development experience inputting files and integrating data utilizing Datastage. This will ideally come from a 'production support' type of environment or highly regulated environment. 2.) SQL: 5+ years experience: must be comfortable in SQL database development environment and able to create their own objects, perform data analysis, query data, create tables/views, selecting calls etc. Must be able to performance tune SQL stored procedures and make sure they're developing them efficiently from the start. 3.) Ability to write their own technical specifications by meeting with business users and asking relevant questions to define what they're looking to achieve. 4.) Healthcare is not required, but very beneficial, especially experience pulling information out of Facets data models. If they don't have healthcare that is okay, they will likely be assigned to data import project.
