The Analyst works closely with Business users to support HFM /Planning systems, upgrades, outline changes and building new reports. The role is to provide production support that ensures finance applications are setup and configured properly. The analyst is responsible for supporting UAT of new functionality including Patches, Maintenance releases, system upgrades and other Oracle/Hyperion product support. Business continuity is an additional responsibility, performed through disaster recover planning and testing with an external hosting company.
