Position: BA with Health Insurance and Process Improvement Location: Southfield, MI Duration: 6+Months *Need Green Card OR Citizen !! Max Rate: 40/hr * *Must Have:* *Health Insurance and Process Improvement experience* *PRIMARY OBJECTIVE* Assist with process improvement, operational planning, competitive analysis/best practice and organizational performance monitoring and improvement within and among all business unit areas of a major health insurance company. Support Organizational Performance and Business Process Improvement activities to ensure that the client and all of its subsystems (departments, processes, policies, teams, employees, etc.) are optimally working together to achieve desired results. *Job Description:* 1. A minimum of Two (2) – Four (4) years of practical experience in using and applying process improvement best practices and technologies/methodologies in a structured environment. 2.
