Job Title: Business Analyst With Change Management Location: Denver, CO Duration: 18 months **upon offer, candidates must complete a background check and drug test** *Focus on:* Experience with Business Change Management – communication plans, executed on business processes, training, etc. Experience in working with the lead BA in order to deliver new software functionality that impacts current business processes Experience with creating current and future state process flows, gap analysis, creating communications on changes and delivery of the communications. ***Please note** Business Change Management and Business Process Documentation experience is a MUST have.* Responsibilities: Works with Change Management lead to drive out tasks in the communication plan: Audience, the “what, when and how” and helps develop measures for communication effectiveness.
