Desired Experience: Experience in Architecting SAP NetWeaver BPM Composite Application Development and Process Modeling Experience in conducting Functional Design Specifications review sessions, drafting Technical Design Specifications document and subsequent delivery of the development object Development experience using Java / J2EE technologies Development experience in working with WebDynpro Java for developing portal applications BPM MDM integration - workflow modeling/development experience BRM implementation experience for Workflows Ideally completed 2 end to end CE BPM 7.1/7.2/7.3/7.4 projects. Experience in user administration on the portal such as role assignment, group assignment, granting/revoking permissions, maintaining user attributes SAP NetWeaver Technical design, configuring, development, problem solving debugging Skills Needed: SAP PI/XI SAP CE BPM (or Process Orchestration) v7.x including the tracking of manual/long running business tasks that require human interventions (e.g. approvals) and creation of business rules that can be safely changed by business system users. This position works closely with Business Process Teams, Application Development and Technical Services, in order to analyze, develop, enhance, test and implement software solutions and applications in support of business requirements. BPM is responsible for deeply understanding the business in multiple functional areas and across Business Units, as well as understanding the application landscape and capabilities. BPM maintains relationships with the business and leverage requirements and methods to enable improved business processes to drive business success. They align business strategies and capability needs into business and technical requirements to ensure IT systems enable the desired value. Experience Required 10 years experience managing and delivering large IT projects. In depth understanding of the SAP system; functionality, configuration, and integration points of all modules and related business processes.
