Position: Data Analyst
Location : Miami,FL
Duration : 1 Year contract
Must Haves:
Extensive experience pulling data and conducting statistical analysis for
the data pulled (SQL)
Can design and create advanced SQL queries, procedure, cursor, triggers,
and scripts
Strong presentation skills - can turn analyzed data into presentations
using PowerPoint
Strong communication skills and can conduct presentations on work
Experienced in the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, excel, access, word, etc)
Strong sense of urgency!
Proficient in analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative concepts
Demonstrates attention to detail
Works well with little direction
Outgoing (not quiet), knows how to speak up and lead
Plus:
Yellow Belt trained
AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) or Smart Meter Technology knowledge
Some project management knowledge and experience
Day-to-Day:
This person will be mainly pulling data, creating statistical analysis and
presentations for a very high profile initiative with our client. This is
a great opportunity to get into a great company and work on a HUGE project!
Conducts complex statistical analysis for various projects
Conducts complex statistical analysis for meter failure analysis
Assist in the development of program level reports
Administrative coordination in the transition of projects to the AMI PMO
Administrative coordination during annual Business Case cycle
Performing tasks as directed from various AMI project managers such as
summary statistics used in business decisions, and gathering of
recommendations from smart meter data to use in the development of business
requirements
Assist project managers in reviewing and identifying benefit opportunities
as it relates to Smart Meter technology and the use of Smart Meter data
within Business Operations
