*Job Objective: *
To ensure the accuracy, consistency and value of enterprise master and
reference data throughout ESA-NA’s applications.
Primary Responsibilities :
1.Process requests to create/update master data records
appropriately.
2.Audit and correct master and reference data as needed.
3.Manage and improve MDM Processes.
4.Support business reporting and processing needs.
*Key Performance Indicators :*
Monitor and maintain master data
•Process reference and master data maintenance request as appropriate.
•Guide and direct Global Shared Services on Master and Reference Data
maintenance processes/questions/issues.
•Regularly review ensure master and reference data are up-to-date
accurate.
•Ensure established controls processes are followed.
Process Improvement
•Modify tools, controls and processes to accommodate environmental changes.
•Automate and adapt master and reference data maintenance processes.
•Identify errors/opportunities and develop recommendations for process
modifications.
Business Support
•Determine and coordinate cross functional resolutions for business
processing errors.
•Assist the business on changes to data, application, and process design.
•Create ad hoc reports and other support tools for business as needed.
Competencies:
•Advanced computer data manipulation skills/experience –SQL, Excel,
Access, VBA, etc.
•System analysis, design, and integration experience
•Broad Business Process experience – SOP, Inventory Mgmt, Purchasing, AP,
GL, etc.
•College Degree; prefer in Information Mgmt, Accounting, Business, or
Information Tech.
•Strong communication skills: verbal and written
•Very detail oriented
•Excellent problem solving skills
