Duration: 6 months+





*Description:*

- As Lead Java Developer will be responsible to build most critical
component of the systems also co-ordinate the work with other off-shore
team.

- Help junior team members.

- Influence the architecture and design of the system.



*Required Skills*: (Must have)

- *Understanding of any Content Management Systems like Wind chill, Document
or Alresco.*

- *Java ..Expert** 7 years. *

- Applications and Tools ..Expert 7 years.

- Developer ..Expert 7 years.

- *J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) ..Expert 7 years. *

*- Agile Modeling ..Expert 7 years.*

- *Have 8+ years of (mid to large size projects) Application Development
experience using J2EE.*

- Application Servers like *JBoss, In-depth understanding for java
frameworks like Sping, Hibernate, JMS.*

- Database design.

- Ability to influence the architecture.

- Agile Methodologies.

- Test Driven Development.

- Working experience with a distributed/offshore team.
