client facing skills.


*Job description*

*full-time role is necessary to support the significant level of area
activity necessary to support the Global  End-to-End Demand & Supply
Planning Program, accountable for the overall support of all Enterprise
Planning Demand stream responsibilities.  Key responsibilities for 2015
will be:*

*- Provide support to the Demand users for the North American waves during
all phases of the Project*

Set up NA environments with daily batches via Tivoli Work Scheduler

Coordinate between the deployment waves and the technical development team
any developments required as part of "fit gap"

Coordinate with SAP the reception and processing of all transactional data

Coordinate with SAP the reception and processing of all master data

Provide assistance to the business users regarding data validatation and
reconciliation

*- Assist in the go-live preparation activities and validation for all
North American Demand waves*

Provide daily support to the business during BIT/EUT

Perform data analysis/validation as needed during testing to confirm
processes are functioning correctly

Coordinate with the business all mock migration activities

Coordinate with support teams to do all go-live activities to ensure proper
support during go-live

*- Assist in the go-live activities for all North American Demand waves*

Coordinate with other regions any notifications/outages that may be needed
during go-live

Perform initial validation of migrated data

*- Transition from Rollout to Service role as the North American Demand
sites go live*

Fully integrate into the Service team (Demand Planning) after all waves for
North America have successfully gone live

Operational support of Americas Demand application

Review interaction with operations service desk team to review open
incidents.

Report on service metrics for individual ITIL areas and global service
management.

Contribute to knowledge management initiatives for Service incidents.

Close engagement with Template and deployment teams to deliver new market
implementations, CIP initiatives and integrate new template releases in
Production environment.

Serve as a Point of Contact for Demand solution support
