   - Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM


   - Experience of defining/creating solution architecture, functional and
   technical design documentation for deploying Dynamics CRM solutions


   - Must have lead the design and development of Dynamics CRM end-to-end
   implementations


   - Expertise in design and hands-on development of Dynamics CRM solutions


   - Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, WPF, C#
   programming, Silverlight, Dynamics CRM SDK, Mobile Express, SQL Server


   - Expertise in design and deployment of Dynamics CRM solutions on
   hand-held device
   - Experience with Microsoft Azure will be a huge plus.

We have an urgent requirement with our direct client for a *MS Dynamics CRM
Developer*

Location: Seattle, WA

*DUTIES*

· Ability to manage financial processes and electronic documents
using MS Dynamics CRM

· Experience integrating CRM with legacy system and an enterprise
document management system along with customizing the CRM platform for
viewing records and financial case management

· Help in coming up with an overall solution architecture and work
with the team in implementing the customizations required in the CRM
platform.

· Work in a highly collaborative model, with individual team
members stretching beyond their assigned roles often to complete the work
that needs to get done.

· Excellent communicator, highly flexible, and outcomes oriented.

· Technical scope requires deep knowledge of standard software
development processes including use and test driven development,
requirements management, quality assurance processes, systems analysis and
documentation, database design and data modeling.



*Experience /Skills - Must have:*

· 4+ years of experience on Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET
Framework, ADO.NET , ASP.NET , Windows
Communication and Workflow foundation)

· 3 years of experience developing on the MS Dynamics CRM platform

· 2+ years of experience with the following 2011/2015 CRM
development tools:

· Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization features

· Microsoft Dynamics CRM web services

· .NET-connected applications in Visual Studio

· Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented
Architectures (SOA) using RESTful and SOAP services

· 3+ years of experience with MS SQL, SQL Server Integration
Services, and SQL Server Reporting Services

· 3+ Web development experience using HTML5 and JavaScript
frameworks

· Experience working with CRM on Azure cloud

· Experience migrating data into and out of Dynamics CRM using SQL
Server Integration Services (SSIS)

· Demonstrate knowledge of Dynamics CRM 2016 Web API



*Good to have:*

· Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies, including Agile

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Motivated self-starter comfortable in a team-oriented environment

· Attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to quality and
customer service

· Demonstrated excellent written/oral communication skills,
technical documentation skills, user liaison skills, and personal
