Here are the list of updated requirements: - MySQL experience more important than MS SQL - Virtualisation experience (VMWare, ESX) - Windows server experience - Networking experience - Database experience (MySQL) - Ability to combine these disciplines and help ensure that applications are being deployed/designed using standard best practices - At least 10 years of experience working with these different disciplines - This person should come from a “jack of all trades” background in Networking, Server Administration & Databases working with stored procedures & triggers. - Work with Store Systems Teams and act as a Liaison between both Infrastructure & Development Teams (Will report to Director of Infrastructure/Architecture). - Someone that would be qualified could have come from a smaller company where they were responsible for all IT systems doing Systems Administration and Database Administration.
