*Need Dynamics CRM Consultant Local to NC - 6 Months contract!* Position : Dynamics CRM Consultant Location : Raleigh,NC*(Need Locals for inperson)* Duration : 6 Months Description: Microsoft CRM Specialist for DMV Modernization, SOA Center Project. The CRM specialist will work with a team of NCDOT Staff to transfer knowledge, create and author plans, policies, procedures, and governance for SOA within the CRM discipline. The CRM specialist will work closely with the discipline architects to create (write) governance artifacts for CRM. They will create rollout plans for new tools, technologies and frameworks within CRM. They will create deployment plans. They will operationalize change management for the tools and technologies within the CRM discipline. They will create training and procedures to engage IT administrators to administer and/or configure the tools and technologies within CRM. They will participate in process flow analysis and SOA centric process redesign along with other SOA Discipline Leads, the Governance Specialist, the Technical Writer and Project Manager. Activities include discovering, validating, documenting and communicating the organization's customer relationships processes and knowledge for the NCDOT IT SOA Initiative. Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have deep industry experience.
