These senior Microsoft gurus work in a highly collaborative environment with activities ranging from planning through deployment. Only developers who have demonstrable proficiency (technical "Guru") in a discipline (i.e., C# coding, Message Event Based Processing, Service Oriented Architectures, JavaScript/Web Development, etc.) will be considered. Candidates with significant blended front to back end web application experience (which can be verbally articulated and demonstrated through "live coding" sessions) with C#, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server and incorporate Test Driven Development (TDD), Dependency Injection, Mocking Libraries, ASP MVC 4.0 and Object-Relational Mapping Library (ORM) will thrive! *Project Overview:* Our client is building one sustainable web based application to take the enterprise through the next 15 years. The emphasis is on maintainability of the system. In so doing they will convert a dozen legacy systems and simplify dozens more. In this agile environment senior developers integrate with business users and other team members in proximity and work flow.
