Keys to the Position: - *8-9 years of Access Development experience* with a strong understanding of the architecture and system design - Ability to review and reengineer an application which will include meeting with users to clearly define the scope of work. - 80% of the time will be doing development and 20% of the time will be documentation, training and meetings. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills VBA and SQL is a big + *Description:* - At a basic level, we are building two small applications for Finance users (Comp Reporting and Payroll) using MS Access. Each "Application " is about 75% complete and we are looking for approx. 6 weeks of someone's time to help us finish them. We have built the existing databases and will be leading this effort.
