Capable of building and maintaining very strong, trusting relationships with clients and vendors. Capable of building and maintaining very strong, trusting relationships with customer technical staff. Willing to work in a dynamic environment with on-call rotation and 24x7 coverage. Willing to work after hours and occasional weekend hours to accomplish tasks. Capable of working alone or as part of a global team effort on multiple clients at multiple datacenters. Ability to follow directions and adhere to strict management policies. Expected to administer, configure, and support Enterprise Storage environments across multiple mission-critical systems. Required to assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of effective SAN solutions for multiple client base in the multiple datacenters as well as the remote disaster recovery facility.
