Please find the Job description below and contact me at your earliest possible convenience. *1#. * *Role: Workday Functional consultant* *Location: Pleasanton, CA* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Description – * · Suggest and design product configuration approaches. · Convert data from source systems into Workday. · Configure product to meet business requirements and design specifications. · Test, deliver and support configured product. · Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on operating a SaaS solution. · Document requirements, business processes, application configurations, testing plans and other artifacts to ensure shared understanding and facilitate knowledge transfer. · Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management. · Help shape Aggressor’s future by getting involved in recruiting, team building, methodology improvement, and developing internal tools. *Qualifications – * · Workday Core Configuration experienced · Workday Comp Configuration experienced · Workday Security experienced · Workday Reporting experienced · Workday – SaaS release management & Testing experienced *2#* *Role: Workday Integration Developer* *Location: San Francisco, CA* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Description – * · Should have minimum 2-3 Years of Workday Implementation/ Support experience. · Should be able to create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs. · Should have very good experience with Cloud Connectors, EIB, DT’s, XML/ XSLT and Workday STUDIO custom integrations · Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements. · Work directly with client to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off. · Ability to help clients resolve integration issues requiring a depth of expertise in the Workday solution · Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform. · Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management. · Proficiency with web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, SAML) will be preferred. · Experience on Middleware integrations with Workday Configuration will be preferred. · Understanding of HCM functional modules – Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent, Performance, Payroll, etc will be preferred. · Understanding of Business Process Configuration, Security, Report Writer, etc. will be preferred. · Should have good communication skills. Desirable: Workday Integration Certification *3#* *Role: Workday Integration Tester* *Location: Menomonee Falls, WI* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Description – * · Should have minimum 2-3 Years of Workday Implementation/ Support experience. · Should have very good understanding of Testing Methodology, STLC and has experience in Workday Integration testing. · Should be able to create detailed system integration test cases following the Requirements documents. · Should have very good experience with Cloud Connectors, EIB, DT’s, XML/ XSLT and Workday STUDIO custom integrations · Ability to help clients find integration issues requiring a depth of expertise in the Workday solution · Should have experience in using the Test management tools like HPQC, JIRA, etc to track defects. · Proficiency with web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, SAML) will be preferred. · Experience on Middleware integrations with Workday Configuration will be preferred. · Understanding of HCM functional modules – Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent, Performance, Payroll, etc will be preferred. · Understanding of Business Process Configuration, Security, Report Writer, etc. will be preferred.
