The engagement is due to start 27Jun14. Duration is 1 year with a possible extension. 3. SCOPE OF WORK A System Engineer 3 with strong cyber security experience and skills are needed for the day-to-day IT related activities of this division collaborating closely and successfully with IT security subject matter experts (SMEs), technical and clerical staff. The individual must have the ability to manage challenging priorities and a diverse IT security infrastructure, projects and functions. The right attitude, enthusiasm, skill set and willingness to learn, and a demonstrated eagerness and ability to extend outside one’s comfort zone are the most important skills. Requires results-oriented team players with security experience, project management, and communication skills to collaborate with members in the IT Security Division, as well as, other divisions and agencies, protecting the enterprise business needs with IT security efforts. Cross training and integration across the different security products will be necessary to support the efforts designing, implementing and supporting the IAM infrastructure. *Responsibilities*:- Directory Admin. Manage directory schema, connection properties, HA, ISAM domains, distributed directories, load balancing, security including but not limited to SSL/TLS communication encryption levels, certificate verification, password encryption, password policy, pass through authentication, ACLs, groups and roles, proxy authorization groups, etc. Backup/restore, log monitoring, troubleshooting, general maintenance and updates. SIM Administrator Administration and management of HA, SSL, users, logins, password, organization, security, roles, shared access, services, groups, reports, policy, workflow management, activity and requests. Backup/restore, troubleshooting, general maintenance and updates. SAM Administrator Manage policy templates, SSL, audit log events and reports, ACLs, attributes, data backup and restore, tuning, domains, object spaces, authorization rules, HA of the policy server, registry. WebSEAL configuration, synchronization, auditing, backup and restore. Maintenance and security. Troubleshooting. TFIM Administrator Manage modules, certificates and keystores, SSL config, audit settings, application server, domains, event pages, POC servers, runtime node, federated identity provisioning, timeout settings, identity mapping configurations. Troubleshooting. Platform/OS Support/TSM/VM Server maintenance, backup, troubleshooting. *Required Skills/Experience* Required minimum of 6 years of experience in IAM with a focus on security management and policy enforcement. 5+ years ISIM/ISAM experience. Solid knowledge of IBM Security Framework Preferred Skills: Understanding of network routing and switching architecture, design and troubleshooting. Experience supporting 24x7x365 high availability solutions in a complex data center environment. Experience with UNIX/LINUX and Windows administration. Should have good working knowledge of SSL certificates, Keys and PKI 5+ years technical architecture experience integrating identity and access management software into clients' infrastructure and applications Working knowledge of data protection and privacy laws. Experience handling and resolving incidents of IT security breaches. Knowledge of IP addressing schemes and IP address management. Ability to use packet capture software and analyze network traffic data. Experience troubleshooting and working in complex network environments.
