Responsibilities:

The Siebel Business Analyst will join a small team responsible for a
variety of functions related to the development, deployment, and support of
a Siebel 8.1 environment, including:

• Gathering functional and systems integration requirements that together
meet the HRS business needs for a case management tool.

 • Developing detailed functional designs based on gathered requirements.

• Translating requirements and process flows into Siebel-specific
functional design. Requires deep understanding of Siebel functionality,
out-of-box capabilities, Siebel data model and Siebel best practices.

• Mapping and re-engineering business processes to drive standardization
across clients and across organizational business units.

• Developing standardized, repeatable processes to migrate Siebel across
the HRS footprint.

• Collaborating closely with ACS business subject matter experts to define
requirements, processes, and design.

• Ensuring that Siebel is designed, built, and functions according to
business requirements and long-term strategic goals.

• Coordinating with internal IT Development team and 3rd party
implementation vendor(s) resources.

 • Understanding business strategy, drivers, and operational needs of the
HRS business units.

• Building deep Siebel domain expertise and ACS HRS benefits outsourcing
business operational knowledge.

• Project management of client implementations in accordance with ACS
standard methodology.

 • Communicates the Functional Design to the development team to produce
the technical design. Resolves open questions/issues needed to complete the
technical design.

• Plans and executes RDCs (requirements design checkpoints); multiple,
iterative prototype demos and feedback reviews with the Business SMEs.

• During Build and SIT phases, resolves development team questions related
to Siebel functionality and requirements and investigates defects.

• Develops UAT test scripts and facilitates UAT execution by Business SMEs.

• training and deploying to client teams a multi-tenant configuration of
Siebel.

• Support client implementations and provides critical care and ongoing
production support for the business.

• All other duties as assigned. Skills Required:

• Minimum: 5 years work experience as a BA with at least 2 full Siebel 8.x
lifecycle implementations. Preferably Financial Services 8.x vertical in a
call center environment with global footprint, and working in distributed,
virtual teams.

• Ideally has experience with successfully implementing Siebel in the HR
Benefits/HR outsourcing and BPO workspace.

• Requires functional experience integrating Siebel with other tools
through standard Siebel integration transports (EAI and EIM)

• Process re-engineering experience, including strong experience with
Microsoft Visio.

• Detail oriented, self-starter and someone who can work with minimum
supervision.

• Ability to work remotely and be productive via phone, email, and web
conference.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills. • Project management experience.

• Likes to educate, and problem-solve.

• Able to convince colleagues of the “benefits of change” and obtain
consensus across disparate stakeholder groups (Business, IT, etc.).

• Benefits industry experience a big plus.

• Contact Center and Back Office processing experience, especially in an
outsourcing environment, is highly desired.

• Position may include travel, domestic and international.

• All other duties as assigned.

experience.
Enforcing Performance Engineering as an integral step during the product
development life cycle.

Partner with Project Managers and Development teams, review new features
that will be coming out in each release, and build performance and
scalability test cases.

Keep track of Performance Engineering metrics, increase coverage ratio, and
communicating all of this to senior management and all teams.

Drive Performance Engineering across all dimensions, including Scalability,
Stress and Longevity tests.

· 7+ years of benchmark testing, performance analysis, and tuning with

*POSITION:* Senior Software Engineer
*JOB DUTIES:*  Implement new product features using C++ and SQL in an
Apache/Linux environment. Enhance and maintain existing product
capabilities. Create detailed technical design documents and
participate design reviews. Play an active role in implementing and
providing feedback on new processes. Provide technical guidance, assistance

*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:* Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer
Science, Engineering or closely related field and five (5) years of
experience in the Job Offered or five (5) years of experience in software
engineering or Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer
Science, Engineering or closely related field and eight (8) years of
progressive experience in the Job Offered or eight  (8) years
of progressive experience in software engineering. Master’s degree is
