· Effective written & oral communication in interaction with
internal & external customers.

· Verify all batches are posted and recorded by the Team on a daily
basis

· Involve in managing the workflow i.e. allocation of work based on
various activities within the process

· Initiate action and meet deliverables for special assignments
like Root Causing, Process improvements and CSA audits for better Customer
Experience.

· Resolving and getting resolved all Rec items created in the
process.

· Ensure Business controls for the process and standardize the same
across all activities in the process.

· Elimination of Non-Value Add Activities through process
improvements initiatives.

· Develop self as an expert in the process by learning all
activities in the process.

· Ensure accuracy of the all the processes at 100%.

· Follow up on errors & ensure effective correction.

· Communicate with the manager & discuss with the team on the
errors & steps to avoid them in future.

· Batch postings to be completed on time.

· All items with instructions to be worked upon.

· Refunds, Lift & Re-apply requests, special requests, escalations.

· Identify developmental training needs & attended at least 3 GFS
wide training programs per year.

· Taking initiative to run team building activities, take down
Minutes of meeting, handle reporting requirements, SPOC for admin
issues-BCRP, IT, Facilities, Stationery requirements for the group etc.

· Training Adherence- Ability to ramp up per the ramp up
expectation plan week on week for all new hires.

· Complete all Dell mandatory compliance courses in a timely manner

· Timely & accurate completion of assigned tasks with minimal
support and direction.

· Individual take ownership to communicate results achieved against
the goal assigned proactively and escalates issues/concerns hampering
performance in a timely manner.

· Utilization of Official Resources (E-Mail/Phone/IM etc.): Using
emails only for clarification of queries with co-team members, business
partners and other Dell departments with minimal usage for personal reasons.

· Ensured high integrity and trust in managing the assigned work.

· Willingness to help peer in time of need & maintain a good
rapport within the peer group.

· Ability to resolve peer related issues amicably.

· Ability to recognize & appreciate the good work done by a
co-worker.

· Participation in Team Meetings, Outings, Fun Activities & Team
building activities.

· Be the Reason for External Customers to buy Dell & Delight
Internal Partners to seek our services.

· Minimize escalations at process level through increased
efficiency & effectiveness.
