*Description:*



This role will utilize Business Analysis and Data Analysis skills.  The
individual filling this role will have to be very comfortable interacting
with business users and sponsors, as well as developers, application and
data architects/DBAs, and test analysts/QA. The individual filling this
role may also be asked to assist with testing/QA, and so should be
comfortable in that arena as well.



*Primary Responsibilities:*

· Consults with Information Technology and business leaders on the
development and implementation of strategic business solutions through
research, audit, and analysis of data and/or business process

· Interacts with all levels of management

· Participates in developing, documenting and maintaining complex
business models for Information Technology projects

· Works with business partners and technical team to define,
document, and review business and system requirements to support new
projects

· Develops detailed documentation to support understanding of
requirements in support of business, development, and Quality Assurance

· Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives
through research and fact finding

· Act as the liaison between Business and Systems Analysts,
Developers and project management groups

· Develop detailed source-to-target data mapping and data
transformation rules

· Develop and use enterprise service and data models

· Write system requirements

· Understanding of data gathering/analysis

· Work with test plans and test cases

· Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions Qualifications

*Requirements:*

· Bachelor's Degree (Health Care discipline preferred)

· 5+ years for Health Care Payer experience preferred

· 3+ years of Business Analyst experience - requires excellent
verbal and written communication skills to interact with global team
members and requires high attention detail

· 3+ years of experience with all phases of the System Development
Life Cycle (SDLC) - (preferred Agile methodology experience)

· 3+ years of gathering and documenting project
requirements/specifications experience - should have experience with
writing user stories and writing use cases

· 2+ years of experience with writing SQL queries for data analysis

· 2+ years of Systems Analyst experience with web and/or mobile
application experience

· 2+ years of Relational database experience (DB2) and Data
Warehouse concepts

*WORK DESCRIPTION: *


· The ADABAS Database Administrator is responsible for the administration,
maintenance and support of ADABAS, Natural and configurations. Strong
hands-on database administration and advanced troubleshooting skills are
required for this position
· The ADABAS Database Administrator installs the database management
software on the enterprise server and is also responsible for applying
patched and bug fixes and for performing major version upgrades.
· Install, test and debug OEM peripheral software for use by programming
staff and Database Administrators
· Diagnose and resolve system failure/interruption through the use of dumps
and manual problem determination.
· Establish, install and maintain database management systems operating
standards.
· The enterprise database server uses certain system resources, disk,
memory and network resources.
· The ADABAS Database Administrator identifies physical storage areas and
then defines logical mappings to those areas.
· After setting up the logical devices (volume, groups etc) the ADABAS
Database Administrator creates databases on those devices and assigns
administrative responsibility for the DBA
· The ADABAS Database Administrator manages system configuration settings,
including the amount of server memory and how it’s allocated, the number of
concurrent user connection and open databases, and the number locks and
sizing the buffer pools. These settings affect system availability and
performance.
· Maintain database management system and peripheral software through the
application of ZAPS and/or source code fixes
· Writes and maintains assembler user exits for the database management
system and OEM peripheral software
· Make sure databases and logs are sized properly.
· Add and configure new storage as required.



*EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SETS:*


· Extensive knowledge of electronics data processing systems, principles
and techniques, including assembler and job control language.
· Extensive knowledge of ADABAS, Natural and Predict.
· Thorough knowledge of the applications for and use of ADABAS and Natural
including their capabilities and programming techniques
· Ability to investigate/resolve problems in a time constrained
environment.
· Ability to understand and follow sometimes complex and oral and written
instructions
· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

· 15-20 years of experience

· TSO, JCL, COBOL

Ability to be on call support every other weekend

· The Capacity Stress Test Environment Lead provides the  environment to

Principal Responsibilities:

Must Haves – Skills:

Nice to Have/Skills: POS register experience
How many years of experience? 7 to 8 Years
What project are they working on: Migration of store hardware
Education/Certifications (Required): Bachelors of engineering
Certification Requirement: SCCM 2012 certification – Good to have
Top 3 Duties and percentage of time?
1. Responsible for SCCM deployment
2. SCCM configuration
3. Testing the hardware compatibility with applications
Will the candidate be client facing and/or working with business users? Client
facing role
What is the team size, make up, culture, soft skills, and dress code? Hours?
 For onsite – 4 technical members, Offshore – Around 16 members
Will be a part of core infrastructure team
Any companies/environments where the backgrounds are a strong match? Don't
match?
Retail Client – Nike & Addidas – on similar kind of project
Are you open to candidates from other states who can relocate to the client
site? Open for relocation
Interview Process (Is face to face required?) Telephonic Interview
