(2) Consultant(s) shall perform Oracle Fusion Middleware consulting services including, but not limited to, all of the following: 1. Develop Oracle Fusion Middleware Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) services that interact with Clinical Forms Server and populate HTB Intake Table data. Assigned tasks may include, but are not limited to, all of the following: • Oracle fusion middleware design and development services; and • Deployment of services using Oracle's SOA components (e.g., BPEL, ESB, OWSM, BAM, and Business Rules Engine server). 2. Integrate clinical applications to centralized system; 3. Collaborate with CIO and other IT staff to identify issues and risks, maintain issue log(s), and ensure prompt attention to, and resolution of, issues or escalate, when necessary; 4. Draft and/or assist with preparation of issue paper(s), decision memorandum(s), and/or IT research documents; 5. Participate in client's project/team meetings, as directed, and assist with proceedings; 6. Assist project managers with logistics, planning, documentation, and review of products; 7. Consultant must be willing to provide a detailed description of consultant's approach for completing the services requested in Statement of Work. Darrell will provide information needed for this work plan to the consultants after they are qualified by recruiter. *Mandatory Consultant Qualifications:* 1. Experience implementing Health Transaction Base (HTB) in a mid-to-large size solution (i.e., 1000 users or more); 2. Experience performing architecting services to implement Business-to-Business (B2B) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions using Health Level 7 (HL7) and HTB; and Oracle Security Suite (OAM/OVD/OID); 3. Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Middleware, Initiate eMPI, and Orion Concerto Portal within a single integrated solution. *Desirable Qualifications:* 1. Verifiable knowledge of the State's System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), State IT policies, and state budget process; 2. Experience with IT projects supporting health care environments; 3. Experience deploying enterprise technology solutions within a health care and/or correctional environment; 4. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently; and57. 5. Ability to multi-task and meet quick deliverable performance schedules based on critical business needs.
