Job Description: Experience and hands on working knowledge of Avaya PBX systems and adjuncts such as call recording and CMS. Visio experience Employee must have a working knowledge of the Avaya System Installation and Management and 1+ years of experience, Avaya Media Gateway and Server installation and management, Avaya IP Telephone, and vector knowledge, and IP design and maintenance. Work as a liaison with business partners and vendors for projects and initiatives. This candidate must have a good knowledge of carrier services and interfaces. This candidate must have strong interpersonal skills (oral and written), organizational skills documentation and organization skills, be able to think outside the box, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be a self-starter. They should also be good at problem solving, troubleshooting, mentoring and motivating others, and be a real team player.
