*Must have Avionics application experience* Job Title : Embedded Software Engineer Location : Cedar Rapids, IA Duration : 6-12 months contract Job Description: Candidates will be a part of an integrated, cross-functional team responsible for designing, developing, and testing low-level software for avionics and related products for our Next Generation Avionics platforms. This position requires experience in real-time embedded software for avionics applications. Experience with safety critical software development (such as DO-178C ) is desired. This position includes development of our higher-level health monitoring and dataloading applications and our configuration and development toolsets. Candidates are expected to be able to perform engineering for all phases of an engineering software development project.
