The application is written in IBM's Mobile First, and will be enhanced using that tool. The programming languages required for this position include HTML 5, JavaScript and CSS. Strongly preferred qualifications include experience with mobile web development, and with hybrid mobile development tools including Apache Cordova or Phone Gap. Preferred qualifications include native Android and/or iOS development experience.
