*-C# and a MINIMUM of 10-20 years experience.  *

*-MUST have CRM experience.  Do not submit people who have no CRM
experience.*

*Must gather there own requirements from end users.  Must have recent and
strong experience doing this.*





   - They are looking for a *C# Developer* that can work within CRM
   frameworks.  *It’s a 3 month contract job* They need this person to be
   in house and working *no later than the 16th of January 2017*



   - Initially they also need this developer to be able to do a deep dive
   into the CRM’s and the client’s requirements, trying to decide which
   application will be easier to configure and ultimately helping decide which
   one to use.



   - He knows he’s not going to find someone with experience developing and
   configuring within the 2 CRMs they are using, BPM online and Pivotal.  Both
   web based CRM tools that use C# and both pretty new, one out of Europe so
   not even really here yet.  Very similar to Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite
   but just the opposite of PeopleSoft (PeopleCode) and Salesforce (Apex) that
   are in a Java framework.  Web API’s are obviously very important as it’s a
   web based tool and integration is paramount.



   - Not allowing anyone remote, at the beginning – need to be onsite and
   are looking for someone to work about 40-50 hrs. per week.



   - Need to be able to customize, configure and rewrite C# code to morph
   the CRM product to the client’s requirements.





*Specifically:*

   - Good communication skills – *no language barrier*
   - Strong C# coding skills
   - CRM framework skills and able to work in all different pieces of the
   software puzzle
   - Web API experience a must

*Essential Responsibilities*

In this role, you will:

Work with existing Scrum team(s) to prototype and develop applications or
services

Create tests, demos, sample codes, and documentation to support application
team to fully-leverage new automation features

Ability to construct design artifacts that communicate and/or direct the SW
development for the specific features being developed

Demonstrate adherence to SW development process by incorporating coding
best practices, code reviews and recommending improvements via Lessons
Learned

Design and develop ArcGIS applications that leverage geospatial capabilities

Utilize best practices for consuming and integrating geospatial capabilities

Create and maintain ArcGIS add-ins (Extensions, Toolbars, Commands)

Serves as lead application technical expert for *ESRI technology*

Demonstrates command of multiple programming languages and basic system

*Qualifications*

Bachelor's Degree in Programming / Information Systems or in a STEM major

Minimum of 5 – 7 years of industry experience as software developer /
system analyst

Minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft C# technologies and ESRI
ArcGIS Desktop technologies

Minimum of 3 years of experience with Geodatabase implementations (Oracle
preferred)

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Object Oriented frameworks,
patterns and principals

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with customer
and program leadership with confidence and clarity

Excellent problem-solving, design, development and debugging skills

2 years of development with test-driven principals

High energy, results driven person with strong interpersonal skills

Completed at least 3 full development cycles using an agile methodology

Experience working with cross functional teams in an agile environment

Zero-defect mindset for SW development

Experience with a SOA approach (SOAP, REST) for integrating web

Experience with AJAX, JSON, SOAP, REST

Experience developing desktop and web applications using the ArcGIS API
