*Description:*

The Senior System Administrator position requires a candidate with strong
business acumen and the talent to be part of a team supporting user groups
and business improvement initiatives for an enterprise level CRM system.

The System Administrator will configure and maintain, and provide technical
support for the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to Callidus
Cloud CPQ and AppExchange apps, and to ensure continued delivery of
innovative, high quality solutions to meet business needs for those
departments using Salesforce.

The Administrator will be responsible for user support and continuous
improvement of the Salesforce tool for user groups such as Sales,
Marketing, Finance and Operations internal teams (600+ users).



*Responsibilities:*



Deliver scalable, high quality Salesforce services in support of the
business goals

Provide excellent customer service to Salesforce users

Administer Salesforce

Triage and fulfill incoming service requests and tier II support issues

Assist IT with reporting, configuration and data migration

Support release planning and deployment

Maintain system KPIs to track trends in usage and data integrity

Help team ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

Keep up with current technology trends

Assess and make recommendations on process, designs, operations and testing

Deliver special projects as needed in an effective and efficient manner,
inclusive of executing discovery and business requirements

Develop procedures, training and system documentation for Salesforce users

Support applications and plug-ins to Salesforce including, but not limited
to, CPQ (Configure Price Quote)



*Job Requirements:*



Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

5+ years experience administering and/or working in Salesforce

Effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt
communication to technical and non-technical audiences

Strong quantitative and analytical skills.  Adept at problem solving,
creative thinking and decision making

Essential project management skills, including an understanding how to
interpret business needs and translate into operational requirements.  PMP
(Project Management Professional) Certification a plus

Ability to work independently to meet tasks and assignments with minimal
supervision

Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize

Experience in identifying, recommending and implementing process
enhancements

Salesforce ADM 201 and DEV 401 Certification required

Salesforce Data Loader and declarative development experience preferred

Knowledge of Salesforce Communities a plus

Knowledge of CPQ (Configure Price Quote) a plus
Experience and/or knowledge of automotive industry and F&I organization a
plus
