*QUALIFICATIONS*

The Solution Architect is a “Jack of All Trades” who has plus a specialist
in one or more technology areas who pieces together the puzzles of a myriad
of solutions. And what’s more, the solution architect is responsible for
providing the oversight and governance to ensure a quality outcome.

 The requirements below represent the knowledge, skills and abilities
necessary to successfully perform the duties associated with this job.

 Required Experience & Technical Requirements

-10+ years .NET development experience with a minimum of 5+ as an Architect
designing and developing large scale business applications on the Microsoft
Platform

-Expert knowledge of the Microsoft platform including C#, ASP.NET
 MVC, WebAPI, Windows Communications Foundation, SQL
Server and SSIS

-Experience designing and developing complex ASP.NET  web
sites

-Experience designing and implementing both SOAP and REST web services
using  WebAPI and Windows Communications Foundation

MANDATORY: Experience designing and implementing complex data centric
solutions using SQL Server and specifically SQL Server Integration Services
(SSIS)

Expert knowledge of SQL Server database and SSIS development including
stored procedures, advanced T-SQL scripting, data modeling and ETL
pipelines using SSIS

-Strong understanding and hands-on experience leading development teams
using Agile software development methodologies

-Knowledge of Health Insurance with a focus on member and claims management
desired

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Excellent team player with experience mentoring junior technical resources

Ability to communicate tech
