*Required Skills:*

Complete Understanding of Work and Asset Management process

Understanding of Asset Suite 6 and 7 based business processes and
integrations with back office systems.

Understanding of power generation utilities business process is an added
advantage.

Should have working experience in COBOL, DB2 SQL, WebServers, Mainframe

Hands on experience in implementing at least 2 end to end Asset Management
Assignments based on Asset Suite 6 and 7

Should have complete knowledge of Asset Suit 6 and 7 Applications and
processes.

Should have implemented Asset Suit 6 and 7 integrated to back office
systems.

Should have good understanding Asset Suite Supply Chain functions.

Good understanding of PL/SQL

Excellent communication skills - needs to have skills to engage with both
customer IT and Business users at senior level

Good troubleshooting and analysis skills



*Roles:*

Work within the project schedule and deliver the assigned tasks within time
limits and with quality

Coordinate for the assigned work with the onsite and offshore team

Report the work progress on a predefined frequency

Carry out the required documentation with respect to the development work
done



*Day to Day Responsibilities:*

Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software
systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary
software for internal use.

Serve as technical expert on development projects.

Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis
and design.

Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated
business requirements.

Support, maintain, and document software functionality.

Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.

Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.

Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine
technical requirements.

Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to
meet needs. Career-Level position within field.

Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline.

Conducts complex work important to the organization.

Works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent
judgment.

Typically requires six to nine years of relevant experience or equivalent
combination of experience and education.



*Minimum Requirements: Education: *

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or Associates Degree with 8-12 years
IT Software Developer related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 10
years IT Software Developer experience.



*Experience:*

Typically entry level; 8-12 years IT Software Developer experience (in
addition to any experience identified above).

Technical knowledge usually acquired from an educational institution or
through equivalent work experience.
