Experienced in managing all project management related activities coordinating with the stakeholders and other managers Experienced in designing BI Strategy for user adoption of various BI tools like *MicroStrategy, BO, Tableau and Spotfire* Experienced in BI Architectural model, industry standards, Enterprise BI Maturity Model for *Netezza* Experienced in delegating responsibility and allocate Tasks to resources based on the plan and Track them on day to day basis Diligently produce weekly status reports and dashboard for project tracking and monitoring. Proactively coordinate status meeting, technical meetings and business meetings with the client on regular basis to identify gaps and mitigate risks Ensure team adherence to project compliance which includes facilitating *SDLC* project methodology, coordinating document creation/updates, and facilitate internal control/review points.
