Cisco LAN/WAN Support, Configuration and Troubleshooting
Cisco Network and Datacenter Design
Support Network Implementations and Migrations
Network Documentation
Tier 3 Troubleshooting
Expert Understanding of Layer 2 and 3 concepts
Expert Understanding of Routing Protocols – EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VRFs
Cisco Unified Communications Experience Desired:  Cisco Call Manager, Voice
Gateways, VoIP, IP phones, etc
12+ years’ of industry experience, 8+ years minimum hands-on configuration
experience with Cisco routers and switches
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills as well as the ability
to multi-task in a fast paced environment
CCIE Certification or equivalent experience
