Please let me know your thoughts. 3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Direct experience translating and documenting technical information for business/program consumption to ensure consistency and common understanding across stakeholder groups. - Direct experience with analysis and documentation of business systems or processes by describing relevant factors including work flow processes, data input and output activities, descriptions of data elements, and overall program goals, objectives, and external considerations, such as federal and state mandates including writing deliverables, including business and functional requirements as well as design, development, testing, training and deployment plans. - Managing projects using a defined PM methodology. - Working with high level staff in the public sector in potentially high-stress situations where professionalism and ability to communicate clearly and appropriately is required. - Experience in Quality Assurance including defining test plans, tracing requirements, managing defect identification and resolution. Please note that our client does allow Skype/remote interviews. However they reserve the right to require an in-person interview. Does candidate anticipate any absences during the engagement period?
