Apex Systems is looking for a Business Analyst that has experience with
mortgage/loan originations. This is a contract to hire opportunity located
in Green Bay, WI.



Under the general direction of a Business Solutions Manager or Team Lead,
the Business Analyst II acts as a liaison between technology and business
lines for the creation and specification of business requirements regarding
new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
Facilitates business requirements explanation and analysis as well as
documenting outcomes. Models business processes and extracts business rules
from those processes. Identifies, specifies and documents functional test
cases. Facilitates the definition and approach to vendor selection,
assessment methodology and demonstration sessions. Prepares communication
as necessary for technology and business lines. Years of experience 5+.



*Enter Responsibilities/Essential Functions:*

Facilitate business requirements explanation and analysis and document
outcomes.

Develop effective and efficient user interview questionnaires and workshop
agendas.

Complete business and functional and nonfunctional requirement documents.

Model business processes and extract business rules from those processes.

Proactively participate in User Acceptance Testing projects. Develop User
Acceptance Testing scenarios and scripts.

Identify, specify and document functional test cases.

Identify and document use cases and use case diagrams. Create use cases/use
stories/scenario design/use case diagrams.

Facilitate the definition and approach to vendor selection and assessment
methodology. Facilitate vendor demonstration sessions.

Produce artifacts (work products and deliverables) required by the SDLC
process and business requirements management methodology.

Under general direction, the Business Analyst effectively facilitates the
gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business
requirements with Mortgage Loan Origination, Loan Operations and Compliance
end users.

Enhancements are not code but rather configuration implemented by analysts
or vendors.

Software code upgrades provided by vendor.

Leads and directs end user Business teams in medium to large projects
creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business
solutions.

May interface with technology System Analysts and other stakeholders, to
identify needs and opportunities.

Outlines business requirements, manages existing and documents/creates new
process work flows, participates in the planning and definition of the
testing strategy, leads and directs defect reviews, prioritizes events and
creates defect tracking and metric reports.

Develops and manages the overall plan/schedule for requirements, testing,
training, implementation and communication.
