Need specific experience in: - Service Strategy and Service Design strategic direction setting and approaches for maturing those specific phases of the lifecycle. - Service Strategy and Service Design process development and application. - Service Catalog process knowledge and experience in Service Catalog implementations. - Experience in guiding organizations through the steps needed to implement and populate a service catalog. - Knowledge of workflow automation relative to request-for-service automation. - Service Design experience and Service Design package development experience. - Service Level Management experience. - Experience working in a large corporate environment.
