Type: Contract Project duration: 4-6 months 1 position located in St. Cloud Minnesota and 1 or 2 openings in El Segundo, CA location (local candidates only) Interview: Phone and Onsite *Varied positions available - experience needed as follows:* · eSignature implementation / online account opening procedures (*preferred to have candidate in St Cloud, MN location*) · Experience with Envestnet/Advisory platforms · Familiarity in working with data files / hierarchy files preferred. · Experience highly preferred with projects referencing Brokerage / Cash / Money market accounts *Standard / Primary Responsibilities:* · Actively involved in project throughout all phases of lifecycle: project definition, requirements, solution and design, development and testing, implementation. · Works closely with project manager to define project requirements and in identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget. · Works with project manager as needed to monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. · Works with business owner and stakeholders to determine and/or confirm project objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. · Facilitates meetings of stakeholders to elicit business, system, functional, and operational requirements. Seeks and details out business constraints. · Constructs workflows from stakeholder and SME input; incorporates feedback from review sessions into deliverables. Secures all necessary approvals. · Collaborates with development team on solution definition, design, and development as needed; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. Ensures all necessary approvals are received; maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures or working with responsible individuals and teams to do so. · Collaborates with testing team on test strategy, plan and test scripts as needed. Analyzes defects and works with team as defined by project roles. · May be reference for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users. · Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
