*C# Developer*

*Local to OMAHA*

*6 Months*

Candidate will be responsible for converting classic ASP to C#.Net.
Candidate must also have experience as a team lead/senior consultant/project
leader as well as have prior experience with developing project plans.
Candidate will be responsible for gathering and interpreting user
requirements into design specifications.

* Candidate MUST have EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS!!!!*

 *CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:*



   - 5 years of this experience must be in .Net development experience
   - Candidate must have experience converting classic ASP to C#.net
   - Candidate must have experience with SQL Server 2005
   - Candidate  must have experience developing project plans
   - Experience with Business Application Development in VB.Net
   - Experience Visual Studio 2005/2008, VS.Net
   - MS reporting Services experience is highly desired
   - Team Foundation experience is desired

*Role Description*:

   - Code enhancement and development programs and/or required fixes to
   production problems using the functional and technical programming
   standards.
   - Test enhancement and development programs.
   - Participate in structured code reviews / walkthroughs.
   - Create and provide content for operational documentation to Technical
   Writers.
   - Utilize configuration management tools, design tools, debugging tools,
   and any other environment specific tools necessary to create, test, and
   implement an application.
   - Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
   - Analyze and design enhancements, development programs, and/or required
   fixes to production problems.
   - Design applications to functional and technical programming standards.
   - Ability to gather and interpret user requirements into design
   specifications.
   - Develop system specifications and interfaces.
   - Determine time estimates and schedule for work.
   - Moderate functional and process knowledge.
   - Assist in managing and directing Application Team processes.
   - Coordinate work with other software developers on Application Teams.
   - Develop application designs in support of the systems specifications
   and interfaces, perhaps in conjunction with application or technical
   architects.
   - Operating System expertise sufficient to perform performance and tuning
   diagnostics.
   - Identify and track issues, risks and action items.
   - Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own
   work and work of the Application Team. Develop contingency plans as
   necessary
