Job Title: RM- CONTACT CENTER SPECIALIST Location: MINNEAPOLIS MN 55401 Duration: 7 months The resource should have 5Yrs of relevant experience in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) with hands on experience of UCS server setup , VMware/ESXI, Voice Gateways, VMware, SIP Trunk, Cisco UCS servers etc. Resource will be required to look after the UCCE platform at data centers in *Chicago*.
