The enterprise DW-BI team builds and maintains custom BI solutions, manages and enhances the data warehouse, performs data migrations, provides data integration services, and provides additional custom application development services related to information management. The BI Analyst will perform and lead many functional roles, such as requirements gathering, QA, data analysis, conceptual design of BI solutions, and creating and editing functional and technical documentation. The analyst must be flexible, able to adapt and perform various roles, able to support multiple projects and initiatives concurrently, and work effectively in an agile environment. Experience as a reports/BI developer is a plus. Please Let Me Know If you have available candidate, please reply with their word resume, location, rate and contact number. *VISA: GC or US Citizen only* Job Title: BI Developer (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS - ETL) Location: Chandler, AZ Duration: 6 months Daily Responsibilities: Develop expert understanding of how an application is used by customers in their daily business/processes. Build and Implement a series of databases to manage internal and external data sources routinely. Develop DataMarts that support Extracting data from outside and internal sources, Transforming it to fit our operational needs, and Loading it into target DataMarts (ET&L.) Ensure the integrity of the data stored in the departmental data mart by using industry standard tools to manage/alert. Partner with Database Architect, Developer and KTBR to ensure database design is optimized for end user performance. Be part of project implementations using Agile, including developing project epics, stories, UATs (with customer) and coordinate and perform project testing (with customer). Necessary Skills (Must Have): BI Data Analysis Data Modeling MS SQL Server MS Visual Studio Strong Business Intelligence Developer with in depth working experience with the Microsoft Business Intelligence platform (ie SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SharePoint and Performance Point). Solid understanding of fundamental Business Intelligence and Data warehouse design and development methodologies and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced Agile environment. Knowledge and understanding of Dimensional Modeling concepts and principles. Strong Experience in design and development of ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Strong OLAP design and development experience using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). Strong expertise in T-SQL and ability to work with data from different subject areas. Experience in end-user reporting definition, development and platform support using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Performance Point. Some DBA skills with SQL Server 2005/8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to document and communicate complex technical issues. Must be a committed team-player working in an Agile environment and able to move between various Business Intelligence and Data warehouse projects. Nice to Have: Experience with web application support/deployment, web clustering, IIS Administration. Experience with working on Agile Development teams . Sharepoint experience will be an added bonus. Reports will need to include both graphical and tabular outputs. Solution must provide ability to view data at an aggregate dashboard level appropriate for Executive reviews and allow for slicing and dicing down to more granular levels in product detail and planning periods. This solution requires automated data feeds from back-end POR applications (SQL, SAP, Teradata) and will likely be built in a Microsoft and/or BOBJ environment. The solution will also require the ability to do some write back and what-if analysis in an excel-like UI. Daily Responsibilities: Review customer requirements and participate on a team to create the solution architecture and technical requirements.
