Please send the resumes at r...@cncconsulting.com Job Title: PeopleSoft Business Analyst w/learning management system Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 12 Months 20% of Total Work Effort: Candidate will be a member of PeopleSoft implementation, working with an implementation team (any proven work experience with an ERP software project implementation OR upgrade project will suffice) 20% of Total Work Effort: Candidate will be responsible for overseeing instructional design and implementing learning solutions (proven work experience with any instructional design software tools) 20% of Total Work Effort: Candidate will help develop and implement an enterprise-wide learning program strategy, should have proven work experience administering and supporting virtual classrooms/labs 20% of Total Work Effort: integrating social learning/development solutions with any LMS (Learning Management System) and LCMS (Learning Content Management Systems) to provide specialized learning curricula/courses to Agency 20% of Total Work Effort: Will be responsible for approving graphic design, report creation, web design, and web-based content management tools The candidate will lead the training effort for the implementation of The Ohio Department of Transportation’s OAKSenterprise program. The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for leading and coordinating all activities to strategize, organize, manage, and execute the training effort for both internal and external stakeholders for the transition of ODOT’s structure, policies, and operations to OAKS. The selected BA will ensure that the training program is completed on schedule and that the final results meet business, technical, quality, and contractual requirements. Education: 4 year Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in instructional technologies, instructional design, organizational training, corporate education, or equivalent; a Master's degree is preferred.
