Essential Recent and extensive ServiceNow set-up and configuration experience Recent and extensive ServiceNow asset management set-up and configuration experience Recent and extensive ServiceNow service catalog set-up and configuration experience Recent and extensive ServiceNow reporting set-up and configuration experience Desirable Ability to Work Independently Excellent oral and written communications skills Job Description: The consultant will work onsite and take direction from IT personnel to configure the ServiceNow system for asset management. Normal work hours will be 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, though occasional overtime and weekend work may be required Activities Set-Up and configure ServiceNow for Asset Management. Deliverables Review requirements and configure system Configure reports within system as needed Provide guidance and advice to project manager and staff re: capabilities of ServiceNow and configuration possibilities Meet with the IT Project Manager to discuss expectations and concerns.
