In person interview

Manager is looking for a Sr Developer with 2013 SharePoint migration
experience that has performed in these skillsets independently. Not did
part of it as a team member. They need someone that can and has done it
independently.

This person will be the principle point of contact to handle all SharePoint
tasks INDEPENDENTLY.
Administration
Migrations
Training
Development

Detailed Day-To-Day Job Duties to be performed:

Meet with business area clients, assess business needs, identify user
stories, design solutions, build prototypes, solicit feedback, iterate
solutions, oversee UAT of the solutions, and deploy into the business area.
Create solutions using existing out-of-the-box SharePoint services,
features, apps, workflows, and web parts.
Install and configure DSA’s SharePoint 2013 environment, migrate 2010
SharePoint apps and site collections to 2013 SharePoint.
Train staff on using the developed solutions.

PS4
Years of Relevant Experience:
7 to 8 years
Preferred Education:
4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.

Role Description:
All roles specified in PS3 plus the following:
Deliver support and design for industry specific applications that require
integration with statewide systems or applications.
Interact with executive level business users or technical experts.
May function as a niche SME.

Microsoft SharePoint (versions 2007 and 2010) Required 5 Years
Installing and Configuring SharePoint (versions 2007, 2010, 2013) with
STRONG emphasis on 2013 and migrations Required 4 Years
Development experience with SharePoint 2013 Required 1 Years
Business Analyst Skills (assess business needs, identify user stories,
design solutions) Required 4 Years
Communication/Interpersonal Skills (Training staff, setting up meetings to
gather requirements) Required 3 Years
Building SharePoint Sites/Site Collections (Developing Workflows, Info-Path
Forms, SharePoint Designer) Required 5 Years
Experience working independently as a Sr Developer/SME Required 1 Years
SharePoint Administration Required 4 Years
