SPECIFIC TASK(S): CUSTOMIZE WORDPRESS WEB APPLICATION THEMES, TEMPLATE FILES, PLUGINS, AND WEB COMPONENTS CREATE CKAN EXTENSIONS TO AUGMENT BASE FUNCTIONALITY GENERATE MOCKUPS, WIREFRAMES, AND FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS.
