In this role the successful candidate will: • Perform data audits to ensure data integrity and preparedness for Workday implementation. • Assist with data cleanup, extraction and load, and data validation for the Workday implementation. • Provide Subject Matter Expertise on HR Technology, processes, reports and integrations while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. • Assist with PeopleSoft to Workday data conversion issues/enhancements. The work for this project is the modification of a large and very mature Oracle ad-hoc query data warehouse. The source system (PeopleSoft) for this data warehouse is going through a major upgrade which affects most of the ad-hoc query tables, especially in the areas of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (8.9 upgrading to 9.0) and human resources (8.9 upgrading to 9.2) data. This position will also be responsible for creating and executing test plans for table modifications. *Essential Skills:* Data analysis: Under general supervision, work with end users to analyze, design, develop and document changes to tables within the data warehouse. This includes requirement gathering and analysis. Document data structures: Provide metadata for users, business owners and internal technical and non-technical staff.
