   1. *Oracle Project Accounting/Project Management Consultant*

This client is in West Houston, TX



*Experience:*

   - 10+ years relevant Oracle EBS experience
   - Functional/Technical  Expertise with solid understanding of underlying
   data flow and functionality in Project Costing, Project Billing, and
   Project Management
   - Expertise with Oracle EBS Release R12 (12.1.3 +), including full
   life-cycle implementation experience, configuration, conversions,
   extensions, and unit testing.
   - Ability to perform gap analysis and develop functional spec
   - Past experience as a team/track lead for one or more R12
   implementations
   - Implementation experience around extensions for Project accounting
   - Full lifecycle Implementation experience
   - 75% Functional, 25% Technical

*Skills*

   - Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. Demonstrated
   ability to manage project scope and client expectations
   - Ability to work on all project phases including fit/gap,
   configuration, testing, and transition to the business
   - Should have basic PL/SQL , Query writing skills
   - Advise on options, risks, and any impacts on business processes or
   systems
   - Documentation and Configuration of the Supply chain and Project
   Accounting modules
   - Strong knowledge of key application functionality
   - Solid understanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and the
   integration and impacts between modules
   - Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS customization/extension methodologies
   - Solid understanding of integration of all modules
   - Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills –
   verbal & written
   - Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations

*2) Oracle HCM Functional/Technical Consultant*

*Experience:*

   - 10+ years relevant Oracle EBS experience
   - Functional Expertise with solid understanding of underlying data flow
   and functionality in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, SSHR, Comp Workbench,
   Integrations with Oracle payroll & OTL, iRecruitment)
   - Expertise with Oracle EBS Release R12 (12.1.3 + ), including full
   life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of
   the application
   - Ability to perform gap analysis and develop functional specs
   - Past experience as a team/track lead for one or more R12
   implementations
   - Strong with HR related conversions
   - Full lifecycle Implementation experience

   the application

   - Past experience as a team/track lead for one or more R12
   implementations
