This position is for a Front End Developer to support and implement DSW.com
software design, development, and testing. Must have full SDLC expertise.

*MANDATORY SKILLS *= JavaScript, HTML, CSS,  Ajax, jQuery, JSON, Java, JSP

Successful candidate will have a high degree of competency in
HTML/Javascript/Java programming with strong programming foundation.  The
individual will also be highly driven, self managed, work in a face paced
environment & possesses excellent communication skills**

*Possess the ability to:*
Achieve results through being highly motivated
Work independently, as well as, in a team

*Technical:*
Strong Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS,  Ajax, jQuery, JSON, Java, JSP
Other technologies used : Spring, SQL, Web services JMS, Web Services,

ATG, Endeca experience would be a plus.
Agile development technologies, such as test-driven development, pair

Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility
Strong understanding of UI and usability principles.
Experience working in an agile environment and with test driven development
is a plus
Knowledge and understanding of retail industry is a plus
Ability to integrate in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent planning skills and a proactive approach
Excellent follow-up skills and ability to meet aggressive deadlines
Strong oral/written communications and analytical skills
