Years of Experience & Expertise Level: Mid - 3-5 years Daily Responsibilities: Working with key people in both development and test engineering (TE) across multiple projects, towards a sound and dynamic execution to deliver Wireless application software on time and with high quality for program and internal milestones. Helping drive the right priorities and focus for project execution and proper workload balancing among TE members. Necessary Skills (Must Have): 1) Solid knowledge of software development li! fecycle. 2) Strong project management skills and experience of successfully managing or leading SW test engineering efforts. 3) Strong verbal communication and presentation skill. 4) Proven ability in a dynamic and fast-pacing environment to prioritize, make trade-offs, manage risks and execute smoothly to quality expectations.
