This includes establishing and ensuring quality practices are followed from requirements through release, with automation and efficiency as primary drivers. - Drive a test driven approach to development. - Define test scripts and if automated or manual. - *Build and manage the test automation framework (Selenium) for use against a web based application and reporting solution.** *- Coach others in the use of the framework. - Implement test automations. - Manage and perform execution of manual scripts. - Engage with UAT around their testing approach. - Particiapte with production validation. - Provide a fully integrated quality program to the software delivery cycle, driving the ongoing progression of quality practices by participating in sprint retrospectives and providing metrics for various aspects of quality improvement, from better unit testing, more detailed requirements, and developer training.
